Many a female theater major has found a home at the Coyote, where the barmaids dance, serve and sing from atop the bar itself. The dress code abides by a strict 'less is more' aesthetic (which is, of course, part of the appeal), although the clientele is usually a pleasant mix of men and women, making it a fun stop on the pub crawl trail for couples. And while the drinks aren't exactly cheap, the entertainment value is an added bonus that makes coughing up a little more for that margarita worthwhile. So get up off the couch, throw on your best pair of cowboy boots and head on down to the bar that puts a new spin (and twist, and twirl) on the term 'ugly'.
